Feng Shui Tips & Tricks

Feng shui shows us how our spaces can be designed and rearranged in order to provide us the right balance and harmony. Simple things such as the position in which we place our desks, can become determinative to the harmony we feel in that space, and affect factors such as the concentration we may have when working in that space.
Feng shui manages five elements which we should always have in mind when harmonizing our environment: water, wood, fire, earth and metal. Each one of these five elements move in a different way and make the energy of the environment vary depending on it.
Feng shui also applies to ourselves.
Keeping it simple and living lightly is very important to our overall health.
Balance in all areas of our lives.
Respect, loyalty, happiness and health are powerful tools to have in life.

Natural foods will keep the body in balance and fight any virus or bacteria that we come in contact with.
Getting back to the basic of living lightly and simply.
It is so simple yet we complicate our own lives.
